How do i make a booking?

Once you have found an item or package you wish to hire feel free to use any of the below methods to contact us and make a booking:

please book as soon as possible as we have a limited number of inflatables and dates can full up quickly, as soon as its booked you can sit back and relax.

How long do I get when hiring the equipment?

The hire price stated on the website for the equipment is for the full day, we can drop equipment off from 9am and collect up to 7pm. As long as the time slot hasn't been taken by another booking we can arrange drop off and collections to suit you.

What surface can you have a bouncy castle on?

Due to health and safety all inflatables erected outside need to be on a grassed area so we can secure them down correctly. Inflatables can be erected indoors on hard surfaces due to there being no risk of wind.

How do I pay?

Payments can be taken on the website when you're booking your equipment or cash or card payments can be taken on the day of the booking, our preferred payment method is via bank transfer to avoid bank and other processing charges.

Do I pay a deposit?

When booking your equipment online you will have three choices, to pay nothing immediately and pay the full amount on the day of the booking, to pay a £20.00 deposit now or pay the full balance immediately. We do offer a 5% discount for all bookings paid in full at the point of booking.

How much is delivery?

Who said you don't get anything for free now a days... well at Keira's Kastles delivery is free within Malton and Norton!

Bookings for venues outside of Malton and Norton will be charged a delivery fee of roughly £1 a mile to cover fuel expenses, please get in touch to ask how much this will be to your house, have your postcode ready for a quick answer.

How long does it take to set up and pack away the equipment?

To set up and pack away one inflatable we normally allow 15 to 20 minutes, if you have more inflatables or any additional extras it will take slightly longer. If you are wanting to hire more than one item and want an estimate of timings please get in touch and we will assist you.
